Why It Matters
Malaysia recorded 805,509 registered persons with disabilities (Orang Kurang Upaya/Persons with Disability) as of 2024, representing about 2.4% of the total national population. This includes 299,128 persons (37.1%) with learning disabilities.
[Data taken from the 2024 Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM)]
When individuals with special needs receive daily learning activities, they build confidence, have reduced behavioural challenges and gain an improved quality of life.
As a non-profit organisation, we are unable to charge full amounts to our students despite current economic challenges.
